If we expect to grow, we must not be afraid to experience life. Sometimes life will require us to venture in foreign places we had not originally planned for. Once we are there, we are faced with either present success or a lesson leading to greater success in future endeavors. I believe that “when one door closes, another door opens.” I have witnessed this belief and favorite saying more times than once. Was I accepting of it initially? Of course not. But as time progressed, I begin to understand the fundamental lessons of venturing forward regardless of the initial results. Just as the seeds of a dandelion, without warning or fear. The seeds are set to travel swiftly as a calming sea breeze.
Final ¢ents
The Strength of Dandelions
To grow and flourish respectively
We must stop chasing the things that hurt us
It’s never wise to bruise yourself twice
Band-aids are obsolete and ignored in the present moment
The repetition of overexerted efforts will only lead to fatigue
As a result, sluggish performances will replace crucial tasks
Focus counteracts a lackadaisical mentality
I believe you were beautifully made either way
You need to regain your focus, though
The defying winds were never in opposition of your destiny
But instead, the winds wanted to push you to a higher altitude
To a destination beyond your wildest imaginations
One with clarity, in the right direction
You’re just as courageous as the seed of a dandelion before it is lifted up into the sky
Uncertainties have made pinky-promises with the wind
We must learn to flow as the water dances to the rhythm of the soil
You should never doubt yourself
I, too, face challenges in my lawn
But we must focus on what’s most important
Our feelings, hidden from humanity
Demand the proper nurturing and love to survive the harsh winters in life
There’s strength in letting nature run its’ course
Just as dandelions sprout without anyone’s permission
Their dismissal is an equivalent measure to their arrival
Unexpectedly effortless
Without force,
Dandelions have a way of blooming in fields without any expectations from us
I find beauty in the idea of letting things be as they are.
You know, without force.
